What is personal data?

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or determinable data subject. The protection of personal data is regulated by Act No. 101/2016 Coll., on the protection of personal data (“the Act on the Protection of Personal Data”) and with effect from 25 May 2018 by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons in connection with processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

 

 

What is the processing of personal data

Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations that the controller or processor systematically performs with personal data, either automatically or by other means, in particular collection, storage on information carriers, making available, modification or alteration, search, use, transfer, dissemination, disclosure, retention, , exchange, sorting or combining, blocking and disposal.

Personal data of customers for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract and the requirements arising from it in the scope of:
– first name, last name, email, phone number, accounting and payment information, ID number, VAT number

– we process this data for the duration of the purchase contract and the obligations given by law

 

Personal data provided during the registration of persons who register for a course, seminar, other dance event or who have expressed an interest in receiving e-mails and information about upcoming and completed dance events.

– consent can be revoked at any time via the unsubscribe link in the case of subscribing to the newsletter (to which you previously gave consent) directly in the last newsletter, or in any case directly by email: sheyla@sheylaorient.com

– we process this data during the operation of the website www.sheylaorient.com

Photos from events you attend
We keep your personal data in the form of photos as part of event documentation for the duration of the statute of limitations, unless the law stipulates a longer period for their preservation or I have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

I declare that, as the administrator of your personal data, I fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and therefore that:

I will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, namely legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation or consent granted,
I fulfill the information obligation according to Article 13 of the GDPR even before the processing of personal data begins,
I will enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

Your rights

If we process your personal data as an administrator, you have the right to contact us at any time and exercise the right to access and correct the data we process.

 

If you have doubts that we are processing your data in accordance with the law, you can ask us to correct the defective state, in particular to request the blocking, correction, addition or disposal of personal data, complete deletion of this data.

We will handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with valid Czech legislation. We use automated and non-automated means to process personal data. All data is stored on secure servers.

 

 

To whom personal data may be disclosed

We are entitled, upon request, to provide this data to the relevant state authorities, in accordance with the law. We do not transfer personal data to any third party. The data can be accessed by our associates, namely website user support and the accountant who processes the invoices.
